Sakib Shaikh
Sakib Shaikh is the Founder and Managing Director of HUM REI, where he works with buyers and sellers of, single family, retail and multifamily properties throughout the country. Mr. Shaikh assists clients with all aspects of transactional support, including deal origination, property valuation, market research, financial analysis and due diligence review.
Prior to starting HUM REI, Mr. Shaikh managed numerous Business Development and IT projects for multinational corporations before beginning his journey in Real Estate.
Mr. Shaikh graduated from The University of Texas in San Antonio with a B.A. in Political Science and International Economics, and from St. Mary’s University with a M.A. in International Economics.
Mr. Shaikh lives in San Antonio, TX and has traveled for business and academics to more than 15 countries.
